About Me

Hi, I’m Chloe!
I’m a 20-year-old home baker based in Talybont, Ceredigion, and the face behind this small baking business.

Baking has always been something I’m passionate about, and I love turning simple ingredients into delicious, homemade treats that can be enjoyed by everyone. What started as a hobby has grown into a business where I can share my love for baking while creating high-quality bakes made with care and attention to detail.

All orders are made fresh to order, meaning nothing is pre-made or mass-produced. Each bake is prepared especially for you to ensure the best taste, freshness, and quality every time.

Orders are baked and sent out Monday to Wednesday and are shipped using Tracked 48-hour delivery, so you can follow your order every step of the way and enjoy your treats as fresh as possible.

Privacy & Shop Policy

Privacy

Your privacy is important to me. Any personal information you provide (such as your name, address, email, or order details) is used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order. Your information will never be shared or sold to third parties.

Orders & Cancellations

All orders are made fresh to order.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
Any cancellations made after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients and preparation will have already begun.

Refunds & Issues

Refunds will only be issued if there is a problem on my end.

Any issues with your order must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your items. Unfortunately, issues raised after this time cannot be considered.

Delivery

All orders are sent using Tracked 48-hour delivery between Monday and Wednesday.

Once your order has been dispatched, any delivery delays, damages, or issues must be taken up with the delivery company directly. However, I am more than happy to assist where possible and help guide you through the process.

Allergy Disclaimer

Please note that I have a domestic cat in my home. While my cat is never present in the kitchen during baking or packaging, I cannot guarantee an entirely pet-free environment.

For this reason, I strongly recommend that anyone with a pet hair or dander allergy considers ordering from an alternative baker.
